Meet Andrea

Taking care of everyone else’s wants and needs and not having anyone pay attention to what you want can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disappointed and unappreciated.

For years, I struggled trying to please others and make sure that everyone else was happy. After focusing on my family’s needs for so long, I wasn’t even sure what I wanted anymore. I just felt disappointed, discouraged and depressed. Finally, I decided to get some counseling.

With the support and encouragement of a therapist, I began to feel better. Just having someone to talk to who understood what I was going through gave me hope. I also learned how to take better care of my own needs and create more satisfying relationships.

That experience made such a difference in my life that I now dedicate my marriage and family counseling practice to encouraging and supporting women to get more of what they want from their lives. For over 20 years as a therapist, it has been heartwarming to help so many women create happier, more fulfilling relationships and lives.

You don’t need to struggle alone. I’d really like to help. Please call me at 949-715-0660 to schedule a free 30-minute consultation. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

Warmly,

P.S. For those who would like to know about in my counseling credentials:
