Meet Andrea

Taking care of everyone else’s wants and needs and not having anyone pay attention to what you want can leave you feeling unappreciated and disappointed.

For years, I struggled trying to please everyone else. I felt discouraged and depressed and didn’t know what to do. After focusing on my family’s needs for so long, I wasn’t even sure what I wanted anymore. When I started to feel irritable and resentful towards everyone else, that’s when I decided to get some counseling.

With the help of a therapist, I began to feel better. Just having someone to talk to who really understood what I was going through, gave me hope. I learned skills for taking better care of my own needs and for creating more satisfying relationships. And I started to enjoy my life again.

That experience made such a difference in my life that I now dedicate my marriage and family counseling practice to encouraging and supporting other women to have more of what they want in their lives. Over the years, it has been heartwarming to help so many women create happier and more fulfilling relationships and lives.

You don’t need to struggle alone. I’d really like to help. Please call me today at 949-715-0660, so we can get started. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

Warmly,

Andrea
